Under the responsibility of the supervisor, the incumbent of this position operates the main equipment and performs various checks and tasks related to material processing. They work closely with the various stakeholders in order to ensure production. What you are responsible for: • Inspecting the machine at the beginning of the shift and notify the supervisor of any anomalies; • Proceeding with machine adjustments; • Ensuring a constant flow of material on the production line according to its capacity; • Monitoring the machine and ensuring its proper operation; • Understanding the control panel interfaces and ensuring that parameters are correctly configured and notifying the immediate supervisor of any anomalies; • Ensuring that product quality meets defined standards and notifying the immediate supervisor of any anomalies; • Performing equipment maintenance as well as housekeeping of the work area; • Creating work orders in the CMMS; • Writing reports according to performance indicators; • Working safely and in compliance with OHS policies and company procedures; • Performing any other related tasks.
