Terms of use
Plain language, version 1. Using RigMinds means you accept the points below.
What RigMinds is
RigMinds collects rotational, FIFO, mining and oilfield postings from official employer career sites and ranks them against the profile you enter. It is decision support. It is not a recruiter, employment agency or employer.
No automatic applications
RigMinds never submits an application on your behalf. Every posting links to the employer's own site, and the application happens there under that employer's process and terms.
No guarantee
Match scores, pay figures, rotations and other facts are shown as published by the employer or marked unknown. Postings can change or close at any time. RigMinds does not guarantee accuracy, availability, an interview, an offer or any income outcome. Always verify details on the employer's site before acting.
Your account
Sign-in uses your Google account. Keep that account secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile, saved jobs and application records you enter, and you may export or delete that data at any time from your account page.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or bulk-redistribute the job feed, attempt to reach other users' data, or use RigMinds to send unsolicited messages.
Changes
This is version 1 of these terms and will be updated as the product grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated version. See also the privacy page.
