Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Service Project Manager to join our safety conscious team in Debert, NS! The FS Project Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing field services projects in the region. The role coordinates resources, tracks project performance, ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, and works with cross-functional teams to improve processes and optimize customer service and project delivery. Why work with Clean Harbors? • Health and Safety is our #1 priority, and we live it 3-6-5! • Competitive Compensation: $85,000-$95,000 annually + bonus structure opportunity. • Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment • Group RRSP with matching Component. • Ability to participate in the company Employee Stock Purchase Plan. • Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career • Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement. • Positive and safe work environments • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements, including reviewing operational procedures and site-specific safety plans. • Conduct site visits to assess project needs, monitor progress, and verify safety and quality standards. • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics. • Maintain customer relationships and oversee project scoping, quoting, and competitive intelligence. • Serve as the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing updates and resolving issues. • Manage labor, equipment, and resource utilization to ensure cost-effective project execution. • Lead field service and emergency response projects and coordinate required personnel and resources. • Communicate with health and safety teams regarding site-specific requirements and actions. • Participate in on-call coverage as required. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Valid Class 5 driver's license, reliable transportation and clean driving record. • 3+ years of experience scoping and pricing field service projects. • Experience in hazardous waste management or environmental services. • Knowledge of environmental regulations, safety standards, compliance requirements, and field service equipment. • Exposure to emergency response projects highly preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficiency with Windows-based applications. 40-years of sustainability in action.
