We are seeking a Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Kamloops, BC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers, and has a strong understanding of equipment parts and sales operations. Job Description: What You'll Do As a Parts Sales Representative, you will play an important role in supporting our customers and operational teams by providing exceptional service and parts expertise. Key responsibilities include: • Supporting all aspects of parts sales operations • Providing front counter sales support to customers • Supporting shop parts sales and internal service teams • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently • Sourcing and ordering used parts as required • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships • Participating in customer service, call quality, and performance initiatives • Assisting with inventory control and inventory management activities • Performing warehouse duties as required • Participating in health and safety initiatives • Supporting continuous improvement projects and special assignments • Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment What We're Looking For The successful candidate will have: • Journeyperson Parts Certification • Previous parts sales experience • Caterpillar product knowledge • A positive attitude and strong commitment to customer service • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision • A collaborative approach and commitment to building respectful working relationships • The ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Why Join Us? • Monday to Friday schedule • 40-hour work week • Opportunity to work with industry-leading products and customers • Collaborative and safety-focused work environment • Ongoing opportunities to learn and develop your skills Additional Information This position is part of a unionized environment. Candidate selection will be conducted in accordance with the terms of the current Collective Agreement.
