FLINT is seeking Multi-skilled Equipment Operators with dewatering experience for a permanent project position in Fort McMurray, AB starting September 2026. This position will include groundwork. In this position, you will enjoy a 7/7 schedule, camp accommodations or local, flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. • Minimum 1 year experience multi-skilled • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:• CSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada) • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions. • Must be willing to do groundwork. • Pipe fusing experience is an asset • Able to train on new equipment when requested. • Able to provide a clean 5-year drivers abstract with less than 6 demerits. • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
