If this sounds like a culture you would like to work in, you’re invited to apply for this role. ## Job Description ### Summary Assists technicians with general maintenance work on a variety of facilities equipment and systems. ### Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: * Assists with general maintenance work to develop maintenance skillset. * Assist mechanics with preventive maintenance (PM’s) and client/proactive work orders. * Performs general housekeeping duties in the work areas and shop. * Complies with all Fluor Corporation safety requirements and programs. Education & Experience * Education: must be enrolled in applicable degree program at RCTC and be eligible for Employer Co-op opportunities * Ability to complete heavy physical labor (pushing, pulling, lifting objects up to 50 lbs.) * Have basic knowledge of air compressors, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam, plumbing, chilled water, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and equipment. * Have basic knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical equipment and tools * Appropriate communication skills * Ability to interface with customers as needed * Basic computer skills ## Job Requirements We are an equal opportunity employer.
