This position applies advanced knowledge of quality principles and practices to a broad range of nuclear project assignments. This role plans and executes a wide variety of technical and administrative work on a nuclear project. Responsibilities include: * Perform quality reviews of design output documents and procurement packages to determine compliance with project quality program requirements. * Perform quality reviews of supplier submittals to determine compliance with procurement quality requirements. * Coordinate reviews of supplier procedures and inspection and test plans. * Perform quality reviews of turnover documentation to determine compliance with project quality requirements. * Document, evaluate, and resolve issues within the corrective action program. * Contribute to mitigation of significant quality risks and resolution of client complaints regarding quality issues. * Maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including engineering and supply chain personnel. ## Basic Job Requirements • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering field of study and five (5) years of work-related experience; a recognized professional certification or registration in the applicable field, if required; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner ## Other Job Requirements * Must be able to provide proof of U.S. citizenship. * Working knowledge of ASME NQA-1 and 10 CFR Part 21. * Good interpersonal and communication skills. * Good written communication skills * Good leadership and decision-making skills. * Ability to advocate nuclear quality principles. * Ability to collaborate with project management and quality personnel. ## Preferred Qualifications * Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. * Familiarity with ISO 17025:2017.
