HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD Reporting to the Chef - Skills Development, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and ensuring the continuous improvement of programs, processes, and initiatives related to talent management and organizational development. Your main responsibilities will include: • Serving as an advisory partner to managers and supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and succession planning. • Design, roll out, and update processes, tools, and initiatives in talent management and organizational development. • Coordinate succession planning, employee development, training needs, career paths, and knowledge transfer. • Develop engagement, retention, and development strategies tailored to the realities of the mining sector in a high-turnover environment. • Produce and analyze HR metrics, monitor best practices, and make recommendations aimed at the continuous improvement of practices, programs, and tools. PROFILE REQUIRED • Hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, industrial relations, organizational development, or a related field, combined with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in organizational development. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Have a working knowledge of English RAGLAN MINE : THE BEST OF ALL WORLDS Located on the northern edge of Quebec, in Nunavik, Raglan Mine operates some of the richest nickel mines in the world.
