The training programs must enable employees to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively and promote the integration of Inuit staff into Raglan Mine operations. Your main responsibilities will include: • Supervising and supporting a team of French as a Second Language (FSL) teachers and instructors. • Ensuring that the training programs offered are aligned with the skill development objectives for each newly created position. • Supporting trainers in the development or delivery of training programs. • Serve as the point of contact for employees enrolled in training programs. Coordinate employee travel, accommodation, and schedules. • Ensure that employee progress evaluations are conducted according to agreed-upon timelines. • Document training hours and assist in gathering and compiling all necessary information to prepare various reports. PROFILE REQUIRED • Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree related to training and the development of workplace skills. • Have relevant experience supervising a team. • Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position.
