Employer description

As an Assembler / Fiberglass Laminator, you will support the production of fiberglass tanks by assembling components, operating manufacturing equipment, and following established production and quality standards. You'll contribute to a safe, efficient, and organized work environment while helping ensure products are built accurately and delivered on schedule. • Assemble fiberglass tanks and related components using hand and power tools. • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently while meeting quality and productivity expectations. • Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing specifications. • Complete assigned work according to production schedules with minimal supervision. • Inspect work to ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. • Follow all NOV Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Quality, and company policies and procedures. • Support team goals by assisting with other production tasks and responsibilities as needed. • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. • Manufacturing, assembly, construction, or fiberglass experience preferred but not required. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions preferred. • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus. • Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules, including day or night shifts, as needed. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. • Ability to regularly lift up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. • Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork. • Willingness to learn new skills and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
