NOV Artificial Lift is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician. The role involves installing, pulling, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing ESP systems and related equipment at customer well sites. Technicians must follow NOV procedures, uphold quality and HSE standards, document all field activities, and provide professional support while traveling extensively and working flexible hours. • Install, pull, commission, and repair ESP systems and related equipment. • Perform equipment inspections, testing, diagnostics, and document field activities. • Follow NOV procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements. • Travel to customer well sites and provide professional field support. • Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, engineers, and other technicians. • Maintain and manage company tools, vehicles, and equipment. • Work collaboratively within a field service team and assist teammates. • Provide after‑hours and non‑traditional support as needed. • Complete accurate service reports and technical documentation. • Identify and recommend improvements to equipment performance and service processes. • High school diploma or GED; technical degree or certification preferred. • Minimum 3 years experience with ESP systems or artificial lift equipment. • Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. • Ability to read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, and technical manuals. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to travel extensively. • HSE training and commitment to safety protocols. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with handheld diagnostic tools and reporting software. • Ability to work extended hours and in remote field environments. • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights.
