• Meet team goals for productivity, quality, and service. • Set clear priorities and ensure work is completed on time. • Build a skilled, engaged, and accountable team. • Support employee growth through coaching and regular feedback. • Resolve operational issues promptly and fairly. • Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors. • Communicate progress, risks, and resource needs to leadership. • Promote a safe, respectful, and collaborative workplace • Develop, recommend, implement, and monitor annual budgets to ensure profitable and strategic growth and return on investment. • Responsible for setting main operations schedule for the facility, advising customers and sales of availability and scheduling delivery of completed product to ensure proper workflow through the facility and setting job priorities according to customer needs. • Responsible for resolving customer complaints, when possible, seeking assistance from the sales manager or the Area Manager when unable to resolve the problem to customer satisfaction. • Assists sales and customers in quotations for special orders to ensure all pertinent cost factors have been taken into account, and the team can handle work within the schedule set. • Monitors facility equipment, scheduling any long-term maintenance needed, and interfacing with engineering on required updates to equipment to ensure that the facility is functioning at the highest possible capacity while producing the best quality product available. • Structure, staff, develop, evaluate, and motivate the organization to ensure the competency, capability, continuity, and productivity of human resources which are required for achievement of the operating objectives. • Ensures compliance with Corporate and Division policy to minimize work related injuries and illnesses, employee lost time, and worker's compensation costs. Ensure team complies with all DOT regulations and requirements. • Responsible for the adherence of company Finance and Human Resources policies. • Weekly activity reporting • Forecasting • Experience leading a team or coordinating projects. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to set priorities and manage competing demands. • Confidence giving feedback and handling workplace concerns. • Relevant industry experience or education preferred.
