• Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment to maximize uptime, reliability, and production efficiency. • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime. • Support equipment installations, continuous improvement initiatives, and a safe manufacturing environment. • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. • Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment according to established schedules. • Respond to equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. • Install, fabricate, modify, and maintain production equipment and facility systems. • Inspect equipment, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend repairs to improve reliability. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and work orders. • Document completed maintenance activities and communicate equipment status with supervisors and production teams. • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and shop equipment. • Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all NOV HSE, Quality, and company policies. • Support equipment installations, facility projects, and other maintenance duties as assigned. • Work overtime and flexible schedules as required. • High school diploma or GED required. • A minimum of 1 year of performing industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment. • Previous experience troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems preferred. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and precision measuring instruments. • Proficient with hand tools and standard maintenance equipment. • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movements throughout the workday. • Willingness to cross-train and support multiple maintenance functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
