What Do We Do Here? Our Conroe Facility produces downhole products for drilling activities in North America. Our plant has high demand and is operating 24/7 to produce these products for our customers. To meet the demand for our products, we provide employees with an air-conditioned environment, highly organized and clean 300,000 SQ. ft. fabrication facility, new CNC Machines (Mazak, Mori Sieke, DMG Mori, Weiler, etc.), and a strong safety program designed to ensure our team goes home safe to their families after every shift. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements • Apply working knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing processes • Complete Project Management for new manufacturing equipment and processes • Development and maintain manufacturing work instructions • Analyze costs associated with production and processes • Monitor manufacturing operations to assure compliance with approved methods and quality standards • Provide technical and hands on support to manufacturing shop as needed • Other reasonable job duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS • B.S.
