Ensure the safe, accurate, and timely movement of ESP equipment through the yard by receiving, inspecting, staging, stocking, tracking, and preparing equipment for shipment. Maintain accurate equipment locations and system records, support daily cycle counts and reconciliation with inventory specialists, and coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to keep equipment available and yard operations running safely. • Lead and coordinate the movement, staging, loading, and unloading of ESP equipment throughout the yard. • Safely load and unload hot shot trucks, semitrailers, and other transportation vehicles. • Coordinate equipment shipments to and from vendors and outside regions. • Verify equipment identification, quantities, condition, paperwork, and system transactions. • Maintain accurate equipment locations and resolve discrepancies promptly. • Complete and review equipment receipts, transfers, shipments, and other system transactions. • Support training and knowledge sharing within the material handling team • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for equipment-handling procedures, yard organization, and safety requirements. • Maintain stocking accuracy across assigned areas • Coordinate daily counts with inventory specialists • Investigate recurring or complex variances, document causes and corrections, and follow through on reconciliations • Help train others on stocking and count procedures • Coordinate with yard personnel, vendors, drivers, and internal departments to support timely equipment movement. • Identify process improvements that increase safety, accuracy, and efficiency. • Help monitor yard conditions, equipment-handling practices, and compliance with company procedures. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment. • Perform other related duties as assigned. • Previous experience as a Material Handler at an ESP facility or a minimum of five years of experience handling pipe and related equipment. • Demonstrated experience loading and unloading hot shots, semitrailers, and other transportation vehicles. • Strong knowledge of equipment tracking, yard organization, shipping documentation, and system transactions. • Ability to train and knowledge share with material handling team. • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to maintain location accuracy. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and resolve operational issues. • Valid driver’s license required; forklift, rigging, or other equipment certifications may be preferred. • Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
