Ensure the safe, accurate, and timely movement of ESP equipment through the yard by receiving, inspecting, staging, stocking, tracking, and preparing equipment for shipment. Maintain accurate equipment locations and system records, support daily cycle counts and reconciliation with inventory specialists, and coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to keep equipment available and yard operations running safely. • Physically move, load, unload, and stage ESP equipment throughout the yard. • Load and unload hot shots, semitrailers, and other transportation vehicles safely and efficiently. • Prepare equipment for shipment to vendors and external locations. • Receive and inspect incoming equipment for accuracy and visible damage. • Maintain accurate equipment locations and ensure items are placed in their designated areas. • Complete equipment transactions, transfers, receipts, shipments, and other required system entries. • Independently stock and organize parts-room and rack locations. • Conduct daily cycle counts with inventory specialists • Verify equipment identification, quantities, and paperwork during movement and shipment activities. • Coordinate with yard personnel, vendors, drivers, and internal departments to support timely equipment movement. • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe yard environment. • Follow all company safety procedures, lifting guidelines, and equipment-handling requirements. • Perform other related duties as assigned. • Previous experience as a Material Handler at another ESP facility or a minimum of two years of experience handling pipe. • Experience in pipe equipment yards, shipping and receiving, or a related field preferred. • Experience loading and unloading hot shots or semitrailers is a plus. • Ability to accurately track equipment and complete computer or system transactions. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain location accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and shipping documentation. • Valid driver’s license required; forklift or other equipment certifications may be preferred.
