JOB SUMMARY Fiber Glass Systems, a business under NOV is hiring. Manufactures high quality pressed fittings according to manufacturing specification sheets in an efficient manner while maintaining all Quality and Safety measures. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Operates presses • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition • Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision • Utilize safe work habits • Wear appropriate PPE • Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures • Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures • Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures • Other duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS • High School diploma or equivalent • Three years of verifiable work history JOB REQUIREMENTS • Ability to work overtime and shift work as required • Standing 6 to 8 hours daily • Walking 6 to 8 hours daily • Bending/Stooping 6 to 8 hours daily • Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) 6 to 8 hours daily • Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. regularly • Push/Pull 6 to 8 hours daily BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES • Dependability/Attendance • Problem Solving/Judgement • Thoroughness TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES • Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required • Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair and assembly operations Preferred method of application and to view all opportunities visit: https://www.nov.com/Careers NOV is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination or Harassment of Any Kind.
