JOB REQUIREMENTS • Ability to work overtime and shift work as required • Standing up to 12 hours daily • Walking up to 12 hours daily • Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily • Repetitive Movement up to 12 hours daily • Lifting (weights up to 50 lbs.) regularly • Travel less than 10% PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Operates equipment needed to perform job • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition • Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision • Utilize safe work habits • Wear appropriate PPE • Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures. • Comply with all NOV HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures. • Comply with all NOV Quality policies, guidelines and procedures. • Other duties as assigned EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS • Ability to read, write and speak English preferred BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES • Dependability/Attendance • Problem Solving/Judgement • Thoroughness and detailed-oriented • Ability to work in a team environment TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES • Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required • Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair and assembly operations • Aptitude to learn required plant technology
