About NOV: Where Are We? We are located at 500 Conroe Park West Dr, Conroe, TX 77303. What Do We Do Here? Our Conroe Facility produces downhole products for drilling activities in North America. Our plant has high demand and is operating 24/7 to produce these products for our customers. All qualified candidates are given consideration for employment opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including pregnancy), age, disability, sexual orientation, genetic information, or any other status protected by the laws or regulations in the locations where we operate. • Design, program, test, and commission industrial robotic systems. • Develop robot programs using FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa/Motoman, or Universal Robots. • Configure EOAT, vision systems, sensors, and peripheral equipment. • Optimize robot cycle times and troubleshoot robotic systems. • Collaborate with Controls Engineers to integrate robots with PLCs, HMIs, conveyors, and safety systems. • Provide production support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. • Manage small-to-medium automation projects and coordinate suppliers. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. • 3–7 years of industrial robotics experience. • Experience with industrial robot programming, PLC integration, industrial networking, and manufacturing support. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. • Must be fluent in Chinese Preferred Qualifications • Experience in energy equipment or heavy manufacturing. • Robotic welding, machine vision, collaborative robots, offline simulation software. • SprutCAM • Python or C# experience. • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification. • Project management experience.
