This position reports to the Mine CI & Reliability Manager. What You'll Do: • Creation, maintenance, and updating of PowerBI reports to support Mine department decision making • Support routine reporting processes across a variety of areas including production, maintenance, and safety • Facilitate the digitalization and automation of data collection, entry, and reporting • Review mine process data, identify data quality issues, and provide recommendations for process improvements • Conduct ad hoc data analyses as requested by mine department teams • Providing mentorship to mine operations engineering support interns • Communicate with underground work force as well as peers across the Nutrien potash network on data and analysis topics • Collaborate with all mine department teams, including production, maintenance, and engineering teams • Facilitate meetings with process stakeholders to identify • Engage with underground frontline workers and supervisors in the mine to identify and support improvement opportunities What You'll Bring: • Three or more years of experience working with data and analysis.
