What You'll Do: This is 20 month temporary role • Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits • Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily. Receives and posts payments to customer accounts – while ensuring 100% accuracy • Prints Daily Reports as required under Policy and Procedures including the “End of Day Report” and “Payments Listing” • Maintains confidential office records and files covering daily transactions made at the facility that includes customer invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices • Completes administrative correspondence • Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies and/or inventory • Champion Nutrien’s culture of care and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards What You'll Bring: • 1+ years of customer service experience • AP/AR expereice an asset • Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Previous SAP experience, an asset Ready to make an impact with us?
