Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien. This position is 4/5/5/4 rotational, days and nights, 12 hour shifts, and is located in Vanscoy. What You'll Do: • Engage in a detailed mine operations training program emphasizing personal and team safety • Learn and become certified to operate mobile/mining equipment and oversee automated equipment • Perform operational tasks, including manual lifting and shoveling • Work within small teams to safely achieve objectives for the shift • Collaborate with co-workers and supervisors to continuously improve safety and operational efficiency What You'll Bring: • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) • Core values of Safety and Integrity • Previous heavy equipment operation experience (e.g. tractors, combines, skid steers, forklifts, telehandlers, scoops, etc.) would be a strong asset • Commitment to treat everyone with dignity and respect • Ability to work shift work (4-5-5-4, days and nights rotation, 12 hours shift) • Willingness to learn all aspects of operations What You'll Get: • Home At Shift End – Enjoy the stability of shift-based work without long hauls or time away • Excellent Benefits – Comprehensive health, dental, pension, and wellness programs • Stability – We are deeply committed to our potash operations in Saskatchewan and are one of the largest employers in the province • Safety First – We maintain the highest safety standards to support you and your team • Career Development – Access training and career growth in a supportive team environment Ready to make an impact with us?
