Currently we have an opening for a Product Technical Specialist for ITH Drills. The Product Technical Specialist is responsible for providing high quality product technical support for Sandvik internal personnel and external customers, and for developing the technical competencies of both internal and external personnel. What you will be doing • Training technical teams in sales areas and end customers in digitalized and automized underground mining environment with focus on underground drilling equipment • Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support to customers including commissioning, installing, testing, and maintaining products, equipment, and systems. • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders though product training and technical support • Troubleshoot, investigate, resolve, and develop innovative solutions to more complex technical problems that arise. • Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs. • Monitor and resolve recurring more complex problems, collaborating with internal technical team, to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. • Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships to secure and develop future business. • Train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased.
