The role is a permanent position. As a Production Supervisor, you will continuously improve the work team performance through effective us of established processes and procedures in achieving assigned objectives. This includes ensuring the completion of assigned work with consistency and accuracy. ## Additionally, in this position you will; * Work a rotational 5/4 day and night schedule to supervise and support the crew’s operations. * Lead with a commitment to Zero Harm, ensuring the safety of employees, environmental stewardship, and community protection. * Empower and guide team members to meet safety, production, and cost goals while developing and executing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans. * Manage a unionized workforce, oversee overtime distribution in line with company policies and collective agreements, and address discipline and grievances as needed. * Monitor production quality and quantity, communicate risk management topics, handle incident investigations, facilitate injury management, and identify essential employee training. * Report on key metrics, analyze trends, drive process improvements, and foster a merit-based environment that recognizes and rewards employee contributions. ## What We Offer You * Competitive compensation including a variable annual incentive plan * Participation in a competitive Defined Contribution Pension package * Comprehensive benefits package (company paid core coverage, health and dental coverage, flex accounts, disability plans and optional insurances) * Leave for all of life’s reasons (vacation, personal, sick, parental) * Work culture dedicated to safety, diversity & inclusion, and career growth * Employee Family Assistance Program * Virtual Healthcare online * Online training and career development opportunities ## About You Education: * College Diploma or a minimum grade 12 with equivalent experience is required. * Completion of a supervisor training program is preferred. Experience: * Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in an industrial setting.
